Story
Robson Darker has been based in Linz, Upper Austria, since 2009. His first international release, the EP Erheben+Leben, appeared in 2018, featuring eight tracks produced in collaboration with local musician JΓΌrxn Bazoka.
In 2021, he followed up with his full-length album Momentaufnahmen, which brought together collaborations with Hillberg & D-Tex, Chrizzpsy, Bleached Modesty, AC4 Beats, and Elektrik Skin.
Beyond his own productions, Robson Darker has been actively shaping the electronic scene as host of the radio show Electric City since 2022. Dedicated to electronic sounds and their cultural impact, the program will join Flyflewradio in June 2025, continuing to reach audiences both live on air and on-demand via SoundCloud.
His versatility as an artist extends beyond music. In 2022, he modeled for the Eclipse Fashionartproject by Linz-based photographer Oliver Erenyi, who also curated his participation in the 2024 exhibition DU. UND ICH. β Portrait versus Selbstportrait. In early 2023, Robson appeared as the lead actor in the music video lauf bunny lauf by the Linz pop-rock band Paul!.
The year 2024 marked a particularly active creative period, with more than 14 releases. Highlights include the collaborative EP Synthedelic with Luke Tangerine, accompanying remixes, and further projects with Dhani York, Ralphy Grey, Kate Pending, and many others. He also returned to the stage with live performances, including a concert evening at the ann and pat venue in Linz.
In April, he released his final single, βStumm,β with the band Darkstrand, accompanied by a music video. This release, together with a farewell concert on November 21, 2025, marks the conclusion of his journey as a lead singer.
